This app design was a passion project inspired by my love of planners and bullet journaling. I wanted to create an app that would serve the same functions as bullet journaling—containing monthly, weekly, and daily schedules, a to-do list, and a place to track good habits all in one place.
I wanted the app to feel streamlined yet friendly, so I combined a clean blue and white color scheme with a round, simple shapes to create a crisp yet welcoming look that will allow users to feel motivated and unintimidated to use a detailed planner. The large, unembellished text, icons, and shapes also makes the app easy to read and use.

For the name, I decided on Orbit: a short, memorable word that brings to mind an image of balance, natural order, and a handle on the big picture. For the logomark, I created a simple, minimal shooting star shape, which can represent goals and aspirations, ties in with the celestial name, and resembles a check mark noting finished tasks on a to-do list.
